By submitting payment and reservation you agree to the following terms and conditions below.

• Price includes the event space and All you can eat for up to the number of people selected. Does not include beverages.
• Price includes 18% Gratuity.
• Kona sushi welcomes you to bring your own appetizers or desserts however the organizer shall be aware of the following guidelines:
  
  • We are a nut free environment. Ensure your home made or store bought appetizers or desserts comply with municipal food regulations. Organizer assumes responsibility for any food brought into the establishment.
  • Bring your own wine is also welcomed and will be subject to a corking fee at $15 per bottle.
  • Cancelation/refund request up to 8 days prior will result in a 20% charge.
  • Cancelation under 7 days prior to the event will forfeit any refund.
  • Kona Sushi does not assume responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Please inform Kona Sushi of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event in writing emailed to info@konasushi.com.
  • This event space is not wheelchair accessible.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disaster or other emergencies, your event may be subject to reschedule at an agreed upon time by both parties.
  • Kona Sushi shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or damages that may occur during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and safety of their children.
